Logistics & Purchasing
Stock moving both directions — out to customers, and in from suppliers.
Logistics
Deliveries are handled manually and honestly — an in-house rider, a third-party courier you track by hand (DHL, G4S, a local boda service, whatever you actually use), or customer pickup. There's no dependency on a courier's own tracking API.
Set up delivery zones with their own pricing (a flat local rate, a per-kilogram rate further out).
Log status updates yourself as a shipment moves — picked up, in transit, delivered — building a real timeline for each delivery.
Purchasing
Raise a purchase order to a supplier, and record what actually arrives with a Goods Received Note — the two are tracked separately, since what you ordered and what showed up don't always match.
Track batches and expiry dates, or individual serial numbers, for stock that needs it.
Record supplier returns, invoices, and advance payments against the same supplier relationship.
