How does a typical project start?
We start with a discovery conversation to understand your business and workflows, then scope an architecture and timeline before any code is written.
Do you only build custom software, or can you extend an existing system?
Both. Many of our engagements start as extensions to an existing platform before growing into a full rebuild once the scope becomes clear.
Technology
What technology stack do you use?
Primarily Django/Django REST Framework on the backend, React (and Next.js where appropriate) on the web front-end, and Expo/React Native for mobile.
Can you integrate with M-Pesa and other local payment providers?
Yes — several of our platforms have M-Pesa, card, and other mobile money integrations built directly into their core billing workflows.
Support
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes, we offer maintenance and support plans so platforms keep improving after launch rather than being left as-is.
POS & eCommerce
Does the POS work for a service business, not just a shop?
Yes — a product can be a physical item you stock or a service you schedule (a haircut, a consulting hour, a gym session). Both live in the same catalog and the same POS.
Can I run more than one branch or location?
Yes — stock, staff, and sales are all branch-scoped, so you can run one location or several from the same account.
How do I integrate my own software?
Start with the developer docs — the same JWT authentication your staff Dashboard uses is available to a third-party integration. See Getting Started for the exact request shape.
Is there a mobile app for my staff?
Yes — it mirrors the modules in your Dashboard (catalog, orders, staff, branches, and more) and keeps working offline. Download it from the Download page.
