DineFlow restaurant manual

DineFlow is the restaurant system from Axion Biz Solutions: a web console for the till, kitchen screen and back office, plus an Android app for waiters, cashiers, chefs and riders. This manual walks you through setting it up and running a service from start to finish.

How an order moves through DineFlow

Every order carries four separate statuses, so everyone sees exactly where it is:

StatusGoes through
OrderHeld → Open → Completed (or Cancelled / Rejected). Online orders start as Awaiting acceptance.
KitchenNot sent → Pending → Accepted → Preparing → Partly ready → Ready.
ServiceNot served → Ready for collection → Collected → Served.
PaymentUnpaid → Part paid → Paid (card / bank: Awaiting verification first; refunds shown too).

Who may do each step (create, send to kitchen, collect, serve, print the bill, take payment, refund, cancel) is set per restaurant in Staff → Service workflow.
